My husband purchased a parka fur me at Xmas from the bay . Cute and warm. Unfortunately it has very obvious defects. When I contacted the bay they told je to contact the manufacturer. There reply is sorry it’s been to long and we won’t do anything for y’all. Never will I deal with this company again. Very nasty customer service!!!!

UPDATE! Sizing is off and no exchanges?!

I am a lover or the Noize brand and take purchased two beautiful vegan jackets from them along with many clothing items. I’ve had no issues with sizing or quality in the past. Today I received a i piece skisuit from an online purchase and the sizing is fashion off. I am a small in everything else I’ve purchased until now. I had no idea when made this purchase of the exchange policy. I empathise final sale suggests no refunds simply when they clearly have the same detail on their website for the aforementioned price, it boggles my heed that they don’t offer exchanges. I would even happily pay for shipping but that doesn’t seem to exist an selection. I take sent a message to customer service so we will run into how they respond. Based on the reviews here, I’m not overly hopeful. What a shame it will exist if I take a beautiful new ski outfit that I can’t wear!

Afterward emailing Noize well-nigh this issue, I apace got a response. They have since refunded my purchase less a $xx service fee and I was able to reorder the correct size which is perfect! I will say that this skisuit (Madge) is short in the body so if you accept a long torso you might desire to steer clear. Overall I’yard and so happy they decided to refund afterall!

Poor Client Service – Do not reccommend.

I have purchased several nice pieces of clothing from Noize. I stand by their mission for cruelty-costless mode, however I will not be purchasing from them over again. I recently purchased the Emmi Puffer boots during the Earth Vegan Day sale. Although these boots are cute, I am unable to clothing them due to a design flaw where I am unable to put these boots on due to a very narrow peak. There are no zippers, no way to loosen the top of the boot. I managed with not bad difficulty to pull ane kick on, and information technology was the correct size one time my foot was in it (actually, a bit loose). So this was not wrong sizing, rather poor design. I submited a request for return/refund and was notified that equally the boots are final sale, I am unable to return them. I spent over $200 on unwearable winter boots. This feels like a colossal waste of money.

Defective and disappointing.

I purchased the Alizeh trenchcoat and upon receiving it, saw that it had an enormous defect on the collar due to it beingness completely folded in on itself. Now I appreciate that there will be some creasing, specially when purchasing from overseas simply this is not similar that. I certainly can not wear the jacket with such a large and obvious fault right on the front end of the collar. I immediately contacted Noize and shared photographs with them and was told to “hang up” the jacket and await for the crease to come out or if I wanted, I could try ironing it out simply I might “melt” the fabric. I contacted them a second fourth dimension and was told that they would accept a render just the aircraft on this product was $80 AUD so I would be out of pocket $160 and accept to run around aircraft dorsum their defective item. This was my single largest purchase of the year and I was so excited to own this jacket and support a vegan company but this has been the worst client service I have ever had in my 43 years of life.

Customer service 👎🏻

Quality is great. Sizes aren’t to chart. I’ve done the exercice for my bathing suit size and they’re all too pocket-size.

I sent out an email on July 20th to commutation one item ordered by mistake and no response from the company. The to the lowest degree they can do is write yous dorsum.

Misleading website, bad product, and worse customer service

I recently ordered a coat from Noize that was a rich warm chocolate-brown color in the photos, but when I recieved it, it turned out to be a medium neutral tan colour. Additionally, the coat is non structured like information technology is in the photos. It looks then dissimilar that even checked the particular number confronting the website to make sure they shipped the right coat. I contacted them for a refund since it looks so completely unlike from how it looks in their photos, and they refused because it was on sale, saying sale items are “final sale”. A website selling expensive coats equally final auction should not post misleading photos of their products if they don’t want to give refunds. If I knew the coat was medium tan and not a warm rich brown, I would not have ordered it. I’m actually disappointed because I was excited to support a vegan visitor selling stylish apparel, merely the quality is mode off the mark for the price, and the client service is fifty-fifty worse. Will non be spending whatever more money on this site and volition be telling everyone I know to steer clear.

I recently bought a puffer jacket at Noize and it was very overnice but too large for me. The client service team was so nice. Fifty-fifty though the jacket was on sale and considered final, they charged but a modest restocking and shipping fee to return it and gave me a discount on the smaller size. Update: Noize has offered to have the jacket back. Thank you lot.

I purchased Noize’s Jacob jacket in Feb 3, 2022.
The jacket upon arrival looked alright, in that location were loose threads here and there and the zipper was funny , as has been commented by others.
As of April 13, 2022, less than two months, the attachment broke.

After a trivial back and forth, Noize has offered to take the jacket back.

Hope the company focuses on quality control, i was definitely misled by the reviews.

Very dispointed

Very dispointed, no phone to reach them and not responding to emails. Bought a winter jacket, they input incomplete address, shipment returned to sender and no money back, no jackets, no phone to call and not responding to the email provided when you place the gild…never again and is at your ain take a chance. Will not recommend. Good products, only the poorest client service and management I ever seen, unfortunately!

Faulty product and no return

This is the worst brand I had encountered in my life. I purchased an item listed in the final sale and the product arrived damaged. Although I contacted the brand with photos of the production (Information technology has holes and I cannot wearable it), it was useless. While I purchased concluding sale products from other brands, I never encountered this result of receiving damaged products. Sending a damaged product is itself not okay and not replacing/refunding it is ridiculous.
